Variety is the leading food service provider serving schools in southeast Michigan. We produce up to 15,000 meals in our commissary kitchen daily; all meeting and exceeding the Healthy Hunger Free Kids Act of 2010.
Some of our Menu Programs include:
- Farm to School – Sourcing as many local farmers as possible
- Boost Breakfast – Fun and exciting ways to increase breakfast participation
- Specialty Menus – Halal and Vegetarian menus available upon request
- Food Allergy – Individual meals created to meet every child’s nutritional requirements as well as avoiding the child’s allergens
Each service day will contain the total calories, calories from fat, and carbohydrates (grams) at the bottom of each menu day. Your menus will also contain the entire month average for calories, fat grams, fat percent, saturated fat, carbohydrates, and protein at the bottom right of your monthly menu.
