Introducing Variety FoodServices’ newest concept – Passport Plates!

Passport Plates is our Customization Station concept. This concept offers made-to-order proteins, grain, and toppings, all inspired by international flavors.

All of our concepts reflect on the long-standing history of Variety FoodServices. Variety FoodServices resided for many years on Detroit’s east side by Detroit City Airport, now known as Coleman A. Young Municipal Airport.

Today we have been serving our community for nearly a century!
